Whole House Retrofit Plan (Lower Cost Version)

Whole House Retrofit Plan

Most people already have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for their house. For houses over 10 years old, these certificates are produced by a Domestic Energy Assessor using a method called RdSAP.

The EPC and the data behind it is stored in a government database for public access.

We use similar data to a tool licensed from Parity Projects Ltd to update information about the home and assess a whole range of possible energy efficiency measures that could be applied.

The software tool calculates the energy saving and CO2 emissions reduction associated with each and enables us to assemble a whole-house retrofit plan for you that, if fully applied, would make your home nearly zero carbon.

If applicable, we add to this a few other options not in the software that are good value for money that you may want to do as well or instead. We also provide a commentary that describes how the measures should be designed to improve your home and avoid the dangers of inadequate ventilation and excess humidity.

We offer a fixed price service to develop the whole house retrofit plan including the outputs shown in the image opposite.
