Home Retrofit Services

Home Energy Plans for Comfortable, Low-Energy Homes

Most homes in the UK were not designed to be energy efficient or to stay cool during increasingly frequent heatwaves. A well-designed home energy plan helps transform your property into a warm, light, and comfortable home all year round — while using as little energy as possible.

Creating a whole-house retrofit plan is both the challenge of energy-efficient renovation. Our home retrofit services guide you through every stage of this process. We develop a bespoke home energy plan, tailored to your property, to help you plan achieving a net zero energy home with minimal running costs.

Home Energy & Efficiency Condition Assessment

Before any retrofit work begins, it’s essential to understand how your home is built and whether there are existing issues that need addressing.

Our home energy and efficiency condition assessment:
Identifies how your house is constructed
Highlights defects or risks that should be resolved before energy efficiency upgrades
Ensures future retrofit work is effective, durable, and cost-efficient
